How can I purchase your products?

Our products can be purchased online. Visit the shop and add the desired items to the cart by clicking on the cart icon. A terminal will open where you can manage the items of your cart and check them out. We accept credit cards with an American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard or Visa Logo from anywhere in the world. Your credit card is processed in real time (typically less than 8 seconds) through the secure and reliable Saferpay. Your credit card information is always encrypted when transmitted over the Internet.

How do I get the software?

You will receive an email that contains a link to download the software. For this reason it is important that you do not make a mistake when entering your email address in the purchase form.

Is a free evaluation version available?

Yes, we like the concept of "try and buy". You may download the evaluation version for free and try it for 15 days. The full documentation is also included in the evaluation package. However, you have to agree to the terms and conditions of the License Agreement before downloading.

What is the difference between the evaluation and registered version?

Evaluation and registered versions are two different packages. They are identical concerning their APIs and their main functionality. The evaluation versions however contain in addition some protected hooks that let you know that you are using an evaluation version (by drawing something like "Evaluation Version" on the screen or showing a reminder dialog after a certain time). The evaluation version might also stop working after the evaluation period of 15 days.

How long does it take to get the software?

The purchasing process (filling out the forms) is easily completed in a minute or two. The actual payment processing takes only a few seconds. You may immediately receive a link to download your software upon successful verification of payment. Some orders are routed for manual review by our system before your software may be downloaded. These are usually addressed the same day or by the next business day at the very latest.

Can I get my money back if the software does not fulfill my requirements?

No, you cannot cancel your order once we have sent the software. Please understand that there is no way for us to know if you are going to be honest. You could cancel your order and keep on using the registered software.
On the other hand we provide evaluation versions of all our products so that you can test it before you buy.

What can I do if I don't receive anything upon purchase?

Contact us, so that we can check if your product has been sent. A common reason for this problem is a wrong email address. For this reason it is important that you do not make a mistake when entering your email address in the purchase form.

How secure is purchasing software from NetCat?

The payment transaction is processed through the secure and reliable Saferpay. All data you enter in the Saferpay terminal is encrypted using SSL and directly processed by Saferpay. Saferpay guarantees security during Internet shopping and gives you the most powerful and secure online experience.

Is my email, postal address, etc. kept confidential?

Yes. NetCat does not participate in distributing customer information of any sort. Your email is used only to send you a link to the software and your proof of purchase. There is absolutely no spamming of any sort whatsoever. We do not send further emails without your consent. Since the payment process is entirely done with Saferpay, we don't have and don't need details of your credit card.

How do I get my receipt/proof of purchase?

On the completion of a successful transaction, your receipt/proof of purchase will be emailed to you at the email address you provide when purchasing the product.
